Not satisfied with the quality of your eyewear?
In the event you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, you may return the frame to us for a refund. You are entitled to receive a refund for the full frame price and 50% of any additional lens add-ons, less shipping cost.

The lenses are not as per my original Prescription:
Its very rare that the lenses produced by us are not as per your prescription, however, if so Glasses Unlimited will issue you a full refund or an immediate replacement. Before contacting us regarding this issue it is best to wear your glasses for a period of 24 hours, as it usually takes the eyes time to adjust to a new prescription. In the event where you have entered the wrong prescription during the ordering process, Glasses Unlimited will not be held responsible, but you can contact our sales department to claim an extra discount on future purchases.

I never received my eyeglasses:
If the product is lost in transit, Glasses Unlimited will issue you a full refund or an immediate replacement. Please wait at least 14 day after receiving a shipment confirmation email before contacting us regarding domestic shipment and 21 days for international shipment.

My eyeglasses arrived damaged:
If your eyeglasses arrive damaged, Glasses Unlimited will issue you a full refund or an immediate replacement, however, we may ask you to send us a digital picture of the merchandise for our records.

The frame or lenses broke after a few days:
Glasses Unlimited is unable to provide any warrantee in such a case, however, you can always contact our sales department so that we can reach a reasonable resolution.

I am not happy with the size of the frame:
In such a case, you are entitled to receive a refund for the full frame price and 50% of any additional lens add-ons, less shipping cost.  

I am not happy with the thickness of the lenses or lens edges on my eyeglasses:
Glasses Unlimited may not be held responsible in this case, as the lens thickness depends upon the size of the frame, however, you may return your eyeglasses and receive a refund for the full frame price and 50% of any additional lens add-ons, less shipping cost.

I want to exchange my eyeglasses:
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your eyeglasses for any reason, you may return them  to us for a replacement, however you will be liable for the replacement shipping.

General Information
• All issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Frames must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
• Any product returned after the allotted time is subject to a refund at our discretion.
• Glasses Unlimited may ask you to send a scanned copy of your prescription or a digital picture of the product, in order to resolve any issue in the best possible manner.
• Before a replacement or refund is issued, Glasses Unlimited must receive your original frame.
